Adjustable frame plate ballastless track bed construction method
The invention relates to a construction method of an adjustable frame plate ballastless track bed. The construction method comprises an assembling curve track panel construction technology, a tool rail replacing traditional fixed-length steel rail assembling track panel technology, a sawtooth movable type base plate geometric dimension adjusting technology and a clamping groove type stacking height adjusting technology. The track lining process which is purely manually carried out in a tunnel in the prior art is adjusted into synchronous operation of assembling curved panels and assembling track panels on a track panel base, a large amount of labor cost is saved, track panel precision control is improved, operation time is shortened, the phenomenon of frequent occurrence of track hoisting safety accidents is effectively avoided, and the core is to reduce the self weight of the track panels and improve the hoisting efficiency of the track panels. According to the technology for adjusting the geometric dimension through the sawtooth movable type base plate and the technology for overlaying and heightening the clamping groove type reinforced concrete, on the basis that a track gauge block is replaced to adjust the track gauge and a heightening base plate and a thickened iron base plate are adopted to adjust the height in the prior art, through innovation and improvement, the track gauge adjusting and height adjusting range is widened, and the repairability of a line is improved; and convenience and guarantee are provided for safe operation and maintenance of the subway.
