The invention relates to a concrete vibration quality automatic monitoring device and method, and the device comprises a vibration rod, a magnetic ring, a hoop, a data collection and transmission module, and a state indicator. The outer wall of the vibrating rod is sleeved with hoops according to a certain interval, a sub-magnetic ring is arranged in the interval formed between every two adjacent hoops in a matched mode and can freely slide along the vibrating rod in the corresponding interval, a total magnetic ring can freely slide along a vibrating rod body, and a data acquisition and transmission module is arranged at the upper end of the vibrating rod. The data acquisition module is equipped with a state prompter. When concrete is inserted, the depth and the insertion speed of the vibrating rod inserted into the concrete can be measured through the sub-magnetic rings; when the vibrating rod vibrates, concrete is liquefied, the sub-magnetic rings descend along the vibrating rod, and the vibrating effect is reflected through the descending amount of the sub-magnetic rings; when the vibrating rod is pulled out, the sub-magnetic rings move relative to the vibrating rod, the pulling-out speed of the vibrating rod can be measured at the moment, and therefore the concrete vibrating quality is evaluated.
