The invention discloses a BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based roof brick arranging method. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, establishing a roof structure BIM model, a roof building BIM model and a roof equipment electromechanical BIM model; 2, a face brick laying rule and face brick arrangement laying parameters are set; 3, laying and arranging face bricks based on the roof structure BIM model, face brick laying rules and face brick arrangement parameters to generate a brick laying BIM model; and 4, integrating the brick paving BIM model, the roof building BIM model and the roof equipment electromechanical BIM model according to the elevation axis, and judging whether model space intersection exists or not. According to the method, the brick paving BIM model is established based on the roof structure BIM model, and collision detection is performed on the brick paving BIM model, the roof building model and the roof equipment electromechanical model, so that the conflict problem of pipelines, electric wires and the like in actual construction is effectively avoided.
