High-ductility cement-based composite material capable of being poured underwater and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-ductility cement-based composite material capable of being poured underwater, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10 to 30 percent of cement, 40 to 60 percent of coal ash, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of silica fume, 10 to 20 percent of water, 10 to 20 percent of sea sand, 1 to 2 percent of flocculating agent, 0 to 2.5 percent of early strength agent, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of water reducing agent and fibers, the fiber mixing amount is 2% of the total volume. The invention further discloses a preparation method and a pouring method of the material. The prepared material not only has the characteristics of high ductility and high energy consumption of ECC, but also has the characteristics of underwater pouring without dispersion. The underwater panel has excellent energy-dissipating capacity, can reasonably release complex stress generated from the outside, avoids generation of harmful cracks, and improves the durability of the underwater panel. And the hydraulic structure can operate normally in the repairing period, time, resource and manpower consumption in the repairing process is reduced, and the crack existing part of the hydraulic structure can be repaired in time.
