The antibacterial gypsum board is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1000 parts of gypsum clinker, 5-50 parts of a supported composite antibacterial agent, 4-8 parts of starch and 600-800 parts of water, and the supported composite antibacterial agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of composite antibacterial dispersion liquid and 5-10 parts of a modified porous material. The composite antibacterial dispersion liquid is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 4 to 6 parts of a plant source antibacterial agent, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of an anionic modifier, 0.5 to 2 parts of a Cu2O/ZnO antibacterial agent and 0.1 to 0.5 part of an emulsifier. The antibacterial gypsum board provided by the invention has enhanced and lasting antibacterial property.
