Gypsum board and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a gypsum board and a preparation method thereof. The gypsum board is prepared from, by weight, 100-120 parts of gypsum, 2-6 parts of n-butyl alcohol, 0.1-0.4 part of sulfonate ester, 2-8 parts of isopropanol, 5-10 parts of wood fibers, 0.2-0.8 part of calcium lignosulfonate and 60-80 parts of water. The preparation method includes: adding all components into a mixer for well mixing, wherein the mixing speed is 80-90 revolutions per minute, and the mixing time is 10-20 minutes; feeding into a forming machine for forming at a forming speed of 2-3m/min; after forming is finished, feeding into a drying kiln, drying at the temperature of 80-100 DEG C until water content of the board is 1-2%, and cutting to obtain finished products. The gypsum board is excellent in impact resistance and can be applied to the construction industry more widely.
