The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a continuous beam vertical prestressed pipeline negative pressure vacuum supplementary grouting construction method. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out construction preparation, checking whether the types of materials are complete, whether the number meets the construction requirements, whether the quality meets the design requirements, and whether equipment and machines are complete and can operate normally, then carrying out grouting preparation, installing a grouting module according to the construction requirements, then carrying out vacuum pumping, and carrying out vacuum degree detection.
