Compared with the prior art, when a fire disaster occurs and a part of structural members lose efficacy to cause large deformation and elongation of the prestressed inhaul cable, the two sections of first fireproof materials synchronously deform along with the prestressed inhaul cable and keep lap joint, a closed wrapping effect is provided for the prestressed inhaul cable, effective fireproof protection is provided for key members, the fire endurance of the key members is prolonged, and the service life of the prestressed inhaul cable is prolonged.
