The invention discloses a battery-replacing locking device and a control method thereof, the battery-replacing locking device is used for locking a battery-replacing box frame, and the battery-replacing locking device comprises a coarse positioning and locking mechanism used for realizing coarse positioning and locking of the battery-replacing box frame, comprising a rotary seat, a coarse positioning body rotationally connected with the rotary seat, a steering assembly connected with the coarse positioning body, and a coarse positioning block and a locking assembly which are arranged on the coarse positioning body; the fine positioning and locking mechanism is used for realizing real-time locking of the battery replacement box frame and comprises a locking oil cylinder and a telescopic assembly matched with the locking oil cylinder; and the vehicle control unit is used for controlling the coarse positioning and locking mechanism and the fine positioning and locking mechanism to execute corresponding actions so as to realize battery replacement locking and battery replacement unlocking. According to the invention, manpower can be saved, the battery replacement use steps can be simplified, the locking and unlocking of the battery replacement box frame can be efficiently realized, meanwhile, the shaking of the battery replacement box frame can be alleviated or eliminated, the service life of the battery can be prolonged, and the operation safety of the whole vehicle can be improved.
