The invention provides a method for co-processing magnesium slag and aluminum ash and recycling valuable resources, and belongs to the technical field of industrial solid waste utilization, based on analysis of typical phase components in the magnesium slag and the aluminum ash, the magnesium slag and the aluminum ash are used as raw materials, the reducibility of metal aluminum and aluminum nitride in the aluminum ash is utilized, oxides such as silicon and iron are reduced under the high-temperature condition, and the magnesium slag and the aluminum ash are recycled. And a ferrosilicon alloy (the silicon content is greater than or equal to 75wt%) and a calcium aluminate product are produced. The obtained ferrosilicon alloy can be used as a magnesium smelting reducing agent to be returned to a silicothermic magnesium smelting process, and calcium aluminate can be used as pre-melted slag of the steel industry or used as a raw material for extracting aluminum oxide by a carbon-alkali dissolution method. In addition, secondary pollution such as waste gas/waste water/waste residues is basically not generated in the whole process, and meanwhile resource utilization of elements such as Si, Fe, Al and Ca is achieved.
本发明提出了一种镁渣、铝灰协同处置回收有价资源的方法,属于工业固废利用技术领域,基于对镁渣、铝灰中典型物相成分分析,本发明以镁渣、铝灰为原料,利用铝灰中的金属铝和氮化铝具有的还原性,在高温条件下还原硅、铁等氧化物,生产硅铁合金(硅含量≥75wt%)以及铝酸钙产品。所得硅铁合金可作为炼镁还原剂返回硅热法炼镁工序,铝酸钙可作为钢铁工业的预熔渣或者作为碳碱溶出法提取氧化铝的原料。并且,整个过程基本不产生废气/废水/废渣等二次污染,同时实现了Si、Fe、Al和Ca等元素的资源化利用。
