The invention discloses a connecting steel bar component with a welded connecting end and a construction method of the connecting steel bar component. The connecting steel bar component with the welded connecting end comprises a floor slab body. Reinforcing steel bars are pre-buried and fixed in the floor body, the ends of the reinforcing steel bars penetrate out of the end face of the floor body, welding heads are fixed to the ends, and diagonal planes are formed at the ends of the welding heads. By the adoption of the connecting steel bar component with the welded connecting ends, a plurality of floor slab bodies are in butt joint on the horizontal plane or the vertical plane, the ends of the steel bars in butt joint form the welding notches through the welding heads, and welding spots are formed in the welding notches in a welding mode; and the welded floor composite structure and the beam/column/wall plate are constructed at the welding position to form node connection. Under the conditions that the site conditions of the structure are allowed and man-machine matching is in place, the construction efficiency of one layer or multiple layers per day can be achieved through clamping of the rigid supporting system of the full prefabricated component frame.
本发明公开了一种带焊接连接端头的连接钢筋构件及其施工构建方法,带焊接连接端头的连接钢筋构件包括楼板本体;楼板本体内部预埋固定有钢筋,钢筋端头穿出楼板本体的端面,且端头固定有焊接头,焊接头的端头形成有斜切面。采用上述的一种带焊接连接端头的连接钢筋构件,将多块楼板本体在水平面或竖直面对接,对接的钢筋的端头通过焊接头形成焊接槽口,并在焊接槽口内焊接形成焊点;焊接后的楼板组合结构与梁/柱/墙板在焊接处构建形成节点连接。本发明结构现场条件允许和人机配合到位的情况下,全预制构件架刚性支撑体系的加持,可以实现一天一层或多层的施工效率。
