The invention relates to the technical field of industrial solid waste recycling, in particular to an azodicarbonamide foaming agent waste residue excited all-solid-waste cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The all-solid waste cementing material mainly comprises an alkali activator, an auxiliary activator, a shrinkage control agent and a precursor, the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 4-8 parts of an alkali activator, 2-4 parts of an auxiliary activator, 1-2 parts of a shrinkage control agent and 100-200 parts of a precursor. The invention aims to overcome the restriction of high energy consumption, high carbon emission and high cost in the preparation of a solid waste alkali activator in the prior art on wide application of the solid waste alkali activator, fully utilize azodicarbonamide foaming agent waste residue and industrial solid waste, and reduce the use of cement.
