Low-stress cement-based adhesive as well as preparation method, use method and application thereof
The invention relates to a low-stress cement-based adhesive as well as a preparation method, a use method and application thereof. The adhesive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15 to 40 parts of cementing material, 10 to 35 parts of heavy aggregate with 20 to 40 meshes, 10 to 25 parts of heavy aggregate with 50 to 80 meshes, 0.5 to 5 parts of lightweight aggregate with the particle size of 1 to 3mm, 0.5 to 8 parts of lightweight aggregate with the particle size of 0.5 to 1mm, 0.1 to 0.8 part of air entraining agent and 0.5 to 6 parts of redispersible latex powder. The compressive strength and the elastic modulus of the adhesive are remarkably reduced, so that the adhesive layer adhered to a base plane is always in a low-stress state. The low-stress cement-based adhesive not only solves a large quantity of quality problems caused by low strength of a civil engineering painting layer generally existing in current decoration construction, but also is well used in some old protection rebuilding and reconstruction.
本发明涉及一种低应力水泥基胶粘剂及其制备方法、使用方法和用途,该胶粘剂包括按重量份计的以下组分:胶凝材料15份至40份、20目至40目的重质骨料10份至35份、50目至80目的重质骨料10份至25分、粒径在1mm至3mm的轻质骨料0.5份至5份、粒径在0.5mm至1mm的轻质骨料0.5份至8份、引气剂0.1份至0.8份以及可再分散乳胶粉0.5份至6份。本发明显著降低了胶粘剂的抗压强度和弹性模量,使粘贴到基面后的胶粘剂层始终处于低应力状态。低应力水泥基胶粘剂不仅解决了目前装饰施工中普遍存在的土建粉刷层强度低所产生的大量质量问题,同时在一些老旧防护翻修改造中也得到了良好的使用。
