The invention discloses a steel pipe combination column and a vertical connecting structure thereof, the steel pipe combination column comprises a plurality of steel pipes, the plurality of steel pipes are arranged in parallel and at intervals in a surrounding mode, and grouting holes are formed in the outer side wall faces, facing the surrounding structure, of the steel pipes; the number of the flange connecting pieces is two, the two flange connecting pieces are fixed to the two ends of the multiple steel pipes respectively, the two flange connecting pieces and the multiple steel pipes are combined to form a rectangular columnar structure, and the edges of the rectangular columnar structure are flush with the outer side walls of the multiple steel pipes. A plurality of pre-stress through holes and connecting holes are formed in the flange connecting piece; the pre-stress through holes correspond to the interiors of the steel pipes; the connecting steel plates are fixed between every two adjacent steel pipes, the two ends of each connecting steel plate are fixed to the two flange connecting pieces respectively, the connecting steel plates are bent towards the inner side of the rectangular columnar structure to form receding grooves, and the receding grooves correspond to the connecting holes. The vertical connecting structure enables the ends of the two combination column bodies to be in butt joint or in butt joint through a middle connecting piece, and connecting bolts penetrate through the connecting holes to be connected in a fastened mode.
