The invention relates to the technical field of modern buildings, in particular to a fabricated fireproof ultra-high performance concrete member and a preparation process thereof, and the preparation process comprises the following steps: S1, stirring and mixing all prepared materials; s2, modifying the mixed material by using a nanotechnology; s3, printing the modified mixed material into a predetermined modular unit shape by using a 3D printing technology; s4, ultrasonic vibration is conducted on the modular units subjected to 3D printing; s5, carrying out rapid initial curing on the vibrated modular units by adopting a microwave curing technology; s6, later maintenance is conducted on the modular units in the constant-temperature and constant-humidity environment; and S7, surface treatment is conducted on the maintained modular unit. According to the invention, by combining advanced material modification, 3D printing technology and modular design, the fireproof performance and high temperature resistance of the concrete are significantly improved, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the environmental influence is reduced.
