The invention discloses compound enzyme treated bamboo fiber reinforced recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. The compound enzyme treated bamboo fiber reinforced recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400 to 500 parts of cement, 1100 to 1200 parts of recycled aggregate, 200 to 250 parts of water, 1 to 15 parts of compound enzyme treated bamboo fiber, 600 to 650 parts of river sand and 1 to 3 parts of water reducing agent, wherein the recycled aggregate is recycled concrete formed by crushing waste concrete with the particle size of 5mm-20mm. The recycled concrete formed by crushing the waste concrete is used as a substitute of the natural aggregate, the problem of shortage of the natural aggregate can be effectively relieved, and compared with common concrete, the prepared composite enzyme treated bamboo fiber reinforced recycled concrete has the advantages of being high in compressive strength and breaking strength, energy-saving, environmentally friendly and the like.
本发明公开了一种复合酶处理竹纤维强化再生混凝土及其制备方法;以重量份数计,本发明的复合酶处理竹纤维强化再生混凝土的原料配方如下:水泥400‑500份、再生骨料1100‑1200份、水200‑250份、复合酶处理竹纤维1份~15份、河砂600‑650份和减水剂1‑3份;其中:所述再生骨料粒径为5mm‑20mm的废弃混凝土破碎而成的再生混凝土。本发明采用由废弃混凝土破碎而成的再生混凝土作为天然骨料的替代品,可有效缓解天然骨料短缺问题,制成的复合酶处理竹纤维强化再生混凝土与普通混凝土相比具有抗压强度高、抗折强度高及节能环保等优点。
