The mechanical property and the anti-freezing property of the foam concrete are remarkably improved through the combined action of the rubber and the fiber, in addition, the volume weight of the foam concrete is further reduced, the waste tire treatment problem is solved, the use of a cementing material is reduced, the production cost is better reduced, and the method is suitable for industrial production. The foam concrete better meets the green and environment-friendly requirements.
