Hoisting method for hoisting steel truss bridge by using double floating cranes
The invention discloses a hoisting method for hoisting a steel truss bridge by double floating cranes. The hoisting method comprises the following steps: step 1, firstly, determining the positions of two groups of hoisting points of the steel truss bridge; 2, according to the overall weight of the steel truss bridge, two floating cranes meeting the load requirement are selected; 3, pre-perforating is conducted on the steel truss bridge on site, and the periphery of a prefabricated hole is sleeved with a rubber ring; 4, a steel wire rope penetrates through the prefabricated holes and is fixed to the hooks of the two floating cranes; 5, the two ends of the two steel wire ropes are connected to the two sets of corresponding lifting points on the steel truss bridge correspondingly; and 6, finally, hoisting of the steel truss bridge is completed by controlling the two floating cranes. The two floating cranes are connected with the two groups of steel wire ropes through the steel cross beams, and the steel wire ropes sequentially penetrate through the upper chord member, the web member and the lower chord member of the steel truss bridge, so that the steel truss bridge and the hoisting equipment form a whole, the steel truss bridge is not prone to excessively rotating in the floating hoisting process, and the safety and stability of the floating hoisting process are improved.
