Steel slide way displacement technology and construction method
The invention discloses a steel slide way displacement technology and a construction method. Displacement is divided into two conditions of translation and rotation. The core thought of the invention is that the gravity of the building is dispersedly transmitted to the ground by using the steel slideways, the building is pushed from the back of the moving direction by using the self-tension of the steel slideways, and the moving direction of the building is limited by using the guide rails, so that the aim of shifting the building is fulfilled. During translation, a linear steel slideway is matched with a linear guide rail, and during rotation, an arc steel slideway is matched with an arc guide rail. Before shifting, a steel slide way is laid below the building, a plurality of universal ball sets are placed on the steel slide way, tray beams are poured on the universal ball sets, after the tray beams reach the strength, the building and an original foundation are cut off, gravity bearing of the building is converted from the original foundation to the mode of tray beam-universal ball set-steel slide way-ground, and a jack is started to push the tray beams; the steel slide way provides counter force behind movement, and displacement of the building is achieved through rolling between the universal ball set and the steel slide way.
