The invention discloses a drainage system scheduling method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring future water-collecting well liquid level data of a drainage system at a future target moment; wherein the future water-collecting well liquid level data comprises a water-collecting well future liquid level corresponding to each water-collecting well in the drainage system; according to the future liquid level of each water collecting well, the pump station liquid level exceeding rate corresponding to each pump station in the drainage system is determined; for each pump station in the drainage system, according to the liquid level exceeding rate of each pump station, the upstream pump station exceeding rate of an upstream pump station corresponding to the current pump station and the downstream pump station exceeding rate of a downstream pump station corresponding to the current pump station are determined; and executing operation scheduling operation on the current pump station according to the upstream pump station override rate and the downstream pump station override rate. According to the embodiment of the invention, the problem of insufficient drainage capacity of a drainage system in an independent scheduling mode is solved, and the risk of sewage overflow is reduced.
