The invention discloses a preparation method of modified building gypsum powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: feeding desulfurized gypsum into a hammer type beater for primary calcination; the gypsum powder obtained after primary calcination is fed into the calcinator to be subjected to secondary calcination; the gypsum powder obtained after secondary calcination is fed into a ball milling device to be ground; feeding the ground gypsum powder into an aging bin for aging to obtain modified gypsum powder. According to the method, an original one-step material frying method is changed into a two-step material frying method, low-temperature and large-air-volume material frying is achieved through an air return mode in two-step calcination, meanwhile, the three-phase composition of the building gypsum powder is improved by increasing the air return mode, the calcination time is prolonged, the calcination temperature is reduced, and the three-phase sum of the calcined gypsum powder after gypsum calcination is improved; the temperature is increased from 85% to 90%, and the rapid setting phenomenon is not prone to occurring.
本发明公开了一种改性建筑石膏粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将脱硫石膏送入到锤式打散机内进行一次煅烧;将一次煅烧后的石膏粉送入煅烧器内进行二次煅烧;将二次煅烧后的石膏粉送入球磨装置研磨;将研磨后的石膏粉送入陈化仓陈化,得到改性后的石膏粉料。本发明将原来一步炒料方法改为两步炒料法,两步煅烧均通过回风方式实现较低温较大风量炒料,同时通过加大回风方式,延长煅烧时间,降低煅烧温度,改善建筑石膏粉的三相组成,该技术提高了石膏煅烧后熟石膏粉的三相和,由之前的85%提高至90%,不易出现急凝现象。
