The invention aims to provide the method for intercepting and discharging rainwater in the flat ground type tailing pond, the rising speed of the liquid level in the pond is slowed down, the service life of the tailing pond is prolonged, the construction cost of the tailing pond is reduced, and the safety coefficient of the tailing pond is improved. A plurality of transverse intercepting ditches are dug in the upstream of the interior of the flat ground type tailing pond, then film laying work is conducted, a rainwater intercepting and discharging ditch is formed, and in-pond upstream rainfall collected in the rainwater intercepting and discharging ditch is intercepted and discharged out of the pond in a siphon or mechanical drainage mode. The method mainly has the following beneficial effects that (1) a large amount of rainwater without utilization value is prevented from converging into the reservoir, and the reservoir capacity consumption speed is reduced; (2) as the service life of the tailings pond is prolonged, the time node of extension can be prolonged, and the damming height can be correspondingly reduced, so that the construction cost of the tailings pond is reduced; and (3) by reducing the amount of water catchment in the pond in rainy seasons, the event that the liquid level rises rapidly due to rainstorm can be effectively avoided, and the safety coefficient of the tailing pond is increased.
本发明旨在提供一种平地型尾矿库内部雨水截流外排方法,减缓库内液位上涨速度、增加尾矿库服务年限、降低尾矿库建设成本、提升尾矿库安全系数。在平地型尾矿库内部上游开挖多条横向截水沟,再进行铺膜工作,形成一道道雨水截排沟,利用虹吸或机械排水方式将雨水截排沟内汇集的库内上游降水截排至库外。本发明主要有如下有益效果:(1)减少大量无利用价值的雨水汇入库内,降低库容消耗速度;(2)因尾矿库使用年限得到提高,不仅可延长扩建的时间节点,且筑坝高度可相应降低,从而降低了尾矿库建设成本;(3)通过降低雨季库内汇水量,可有效避免暴雨导致的液位快速升高事件发生,提升尾矿库安全系数。
