The invention discloses an anti-sinking sponge urban road, a mold and a construction method thereof, and relates to the field of road construction, the anti-sinking sponge urban road comprises a subbase layer, a base layer and a surface layer, a plurality of supporting parts distributed in each lane in pairs are arranged in the base layer, the supporting parts are located at the positions close to road marking lines, and the sections of the supporting parts in the width direction of the road are I-shaped; and the supporting part is formed by pouring concrete into an I-shaped cavity in the base layer. The I-shaped supporting part enhances the supporting strength of the road, the horizontal part at the upper end of the supporting part improves the supporting strength of the position, rolled by a vehicle for a long time, in the surface layer, the situation that the road is sunken due to long-time rolling of the vehicle is reduced, and the vertical part of the supporting part and the horizontal part at the lower end of the supporting part improve the overall supporting strength of the supporting part. Meanwhile, rainwater permeating into the surface layer can be drained into the subbase layer through the drainage cavity, so that the influence of the compact supporting part on the water seepage performance of the road is reduced.
本发明公开了防凹陷海绵城市道路、模具及其施工方法,涉及道路施工领域,包括底基层、基层以及面层,基层内设置有若干条成对分布在每个车道内的支撑部,支撑部位于靠近道路标线的位置,支撑部沿道路宽度方向的截面呈“工”字形,支撑部由混凝土浇筑在基层内的“工”字形的型腔形成。“工”字形的支撑部增强道路的支撑强度,支撑部的上端水平部分提高了面层中被车辆长期碾压位置的支撑强度,减少道路因车辆的长期碾压而出现凹陷的情况产生,支撑部竖直部分以及支撑部下端水平部分提高了支撑部整体的支撑强度,同时面层内渗入的雨水可通过排水腔排入底基层内,以此减少紧实的支撑部对道路渗水性能的影响。
