The invention discloses a transverse insertion pile steel pipe penetrating method, which comprises the following steps of: horizontally and transversely pulling an insertion pile steel pipe into a jacket steel pipe by using a first pulley vehicle and a second pulley vehicle welded on the insertion pile steel pipe and a winch at the bottom of the jacket steel pipe, so as to realize vertical construction by overcoming the gravity of the traditional insertion pile steel pipe; the transverse construction of overcoming the rolling friction force of the pulley vehicle is converted, so that the inserted pile steel pipe can penetrate through the jacket steel pipe more safely, quickly and stably. The invention also has the following advantages: 1, transverse lifting is adopted, so that the requirement on the lifting height of the lifting appliance is reduced, and the lifting appliance is more economical; sliding friction force generated by transverse pulling of the inserting pile steel pipe and the jacket steel pipe is converted into rolling friction force through the pulley vehicle, and the requirement for the torque of a winch is greatly lowered; the first pulley vehicle and the second pulley vehicle can serve as supports for inserting the pile steel pipe, and it is guaranteed that the maximum bending moment and the maximum deflection of the section of the whole structure of the inserted pile steel pipe are within the safety range.
