Preparation method and application of concrete composite additive
The preparation method of the concrete composite additive specifically comprises the following steps: respectively preparing a silicon dioxide suspension containing sodium metasilicate and a copper sulfate solution, mixing the silicon dioxide suspension containing sodium metasilicate and the copper sulfate solution to form a copper silicate solution, mixing a potassium ferricyanide solution with the copper silicate solution to react, centrifuging the reaction solution, and washing with water to remove sodium sulfate and potassium sulfate, thereby obtaining the concrete composite additive. The concrete composite additive disclosed by the invention is kept in a compound turbid liquid state with good dispersity when being mixed into concrete, has the characteristics of obvious repelling effect, uniform dispersion, slow release and long-acting effect on organisms, and does not cause pollution to the marine environment while playing a protection role; and the method has a wide application prospect in concrete member protection in a marine environment.
本发明混凝土复合添加剂的制备方法,具体为:分别制得含偏硅酸钠的二氧化硅悬浊液及硫酸铜溶液,二者混合后形成硅酸铜溶液,再将铁氰化钾溶液与硅酸铜溶液混合反应,反应液将离心、水洗除去硫酸钠和硫酸钾,制得混凝土复合添加剂。本发明的混凝土复合添加剂,在拌入混凝土时保持为分散性良好的复合物悬浊液状态,且对生物具有明显的趋避效果、均匀分散及缓释长效的特点,起到防护作用的同时不会对海洋环境造成污染,在海洋环境下的混凝土构件防护中有广泛的应用前景。
