The efficient dispersant comprises the following components: glycerol, diethanol amine, urea, polyether modified silicone oil and tap water. The components are reasonably matched, compounded and superposed, and the coating is simple to produce, non-toxic and pollution-free; the early strength is high, the later strength is stably increased, the durability is good, and the corrosion resistance is strong; under the condition that the influence on the strength is small, the water-binder ratio can be properly increased, the problems of bleeding, segregation and the like cannot occur, and the quality of a concrete structure is guaranteed.
