Method for hoisting and assembling fixed bracket of floating bridge
The invention discloses a method for hoisting and assembling a fixed support of a floating bridge. The method comprises the following steps that a lifting frame is erected on water; the pier column on the lower portion of the floating pier is heightened through the lifting device and the displacement system on the lifting frame; a deck crane is installed at the butt joint end of the main beam section of the assembled floating bridge body; the to-be-assembled main beam section is connected with the upper pier column through a lifting device and a displacement system on the lifting frame and a bridge deck crane; the lower part of the floating pier is connected with the upper pier column through a lifting device and a displacement system on the lifting frame; the axis between the main beam section to be assembled and the main beam section of the assembled floating bridge body is jointly adjusted through a lifting device on the lifting frame, a displacement system and a bridge deck crane; the main beam section to be assembled is connected with the main beam section of the assembled floating bridge body in a welding manner; and the assembled floating bridge body is dragged away in the direction away from the lifting frame. The invention solves the problems that the high pier column and the buoy cannot be towed integrally, and the main beam of the floating bridge with a larger longitudinal slope is difficult to assemble.
本发明公开了一种浮桥的固定支架吊装拼装方法,包括以下步骤:水上搭设提升架;通过提升架上的提升装置和位移系统进行浮墩下部的墩柱的接高作业;在已拼装浮桥体的主梁段的对接端安装桥面吊机;通过提升架上的提升装置和位移系统以及桥面吊机将待拼装主梁节段与上部墩柱进行连接;通过提升架上的提升装置和位移系统将浮墩下部与上部墩柱进行连接;通过提升架上的提升装置和位移系统以及桥面吊机共同调节待拼装主梁节段与已拼装浮桥体的主梁段之间的轴线;待拼装主梁节段与已拼装浮桥体的主梁段之间焊接连接;将拼装完成的浮桥体向远离提升架的方向拖离。本发明解决了高墩柱与浮筒无法整体拖航的问题,以及存在较大纵坡的浮桥主梁拼装困难的问题。
