The method is characterized by mainly comprising the following steps: (1) manufacturing a jig frame; (2) prefabricating reinforcing steel bar sections; (3) assembling reinforcing steel bar sections; (4) hoisting the reinforcing steel bar sections; (5) connecting sections and pouring concrete; the method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out segment prefabrication on cable bent tower cross beam steel bars in a prefabrication area by adopting a processing jig frame, carrying out flow construction in the prefabrication area, and intensively completing the processes of the steel bars, a stiff skeleton and the like; and 2, hoisting the prefabricated reinforcing steel bar sections in place at one time by adopting large hoisting equipment and a matched lifting appliance, integrally splicing the sections to complete a cross beam reinforcing steel bar integral project, and then mounting a template and pouring concrete.
