本发明提供一种含风化砂岩地铁站基坑开挖装置及开挖方法，涉及建筑施工领域，包括：钻机体和钻筒；所述钻筒包括储水筒、环管、挡环、储渣筒与底盖板；所述储水筒的内侧底部安装有加压水泵，加压水泵的出水口处连接有清洁水管，环管通过三组连通管与清洁水管的下端相连通，且环管的外周上连接有二十组喷头；所述挡环内侧相对的两组内连板插装在U型槽孔内；所述储渣筒顶部设有六组连接夹板，并通过六组连接夹板与储水筒底部的六组底连板通过螺栓相连。实现边钻孔边清洁的功能，采用土钉墙支护，产生的地下水进行多次过滤和处理，解决了支护结构在施工过程中存在施工不易，产生的地下水不能进行良好的处理以及钻孔底部的孔壁容易清洁不到的问题。
