Construction method of fabricated double-wall steel cofferdam universal for weir plate and trestle panel
According to the construction method of the assembly type double-wall steel cofferdam universal for the weir plate and the trestle face plate, the assembly type double-wall steel cofferdam comprises a double-wall steel cofferdam welding layer and a double-wall steel cofferdam assembly layer, and the double-wall steel cofferdam welding layer is formed by splicing, welding and enclosing four corner modules and a plurality of plane modules; the bottom of the double-wall steel cofferdam assembly layer is in mortise and tenon joint connection with the top of the double-wall steel cofferdam welding layer; the double-wall steel cofferdam assembly layer is divided into a plurality of sections connected in a mortise and tenon mode in the vertical direction, and each section is formed by annularly splicing four corner assembly modules and a plurality of plane assembly modules in a mortise and tenon mode. A transverse anchoring tensioning system used for transverse tensioning and a vertical anchoring tensioning system used for vertical tensioning are arranged in the coaming bin of each corner assembly module and the coaming bin of each plane assembly module. According to the construction method, the double-wall steel cofferdam structure is assembled and installed in a tensioning bundle and mortise and tenon joint splicing mode, underwater cutting operation is not needed, the working efficiency and safety are improved, and the double-wall steel cofferdam structure can be quickly disassembled and converted into building parts of a steel trestle.
