The invention discloses a truss supporting type prefabricated laminated hollow floor which comprises a plurality of parallel prefabricated beam bodies fixed to a plurality of structural columns and a plurality of side-by-side prefabricated laminated floor slabs, the two ends of the bottom faces of the prefabricated laminated floor slabs are placed on the prefabricated beam bodies, and at least two truss meshes are fixed to the prefabricated laminated floor slabs. Each truss net piece comprises a truss upper chord member, a plurality of web member connecting supports and a plurality of truss web members, all the truss net pieces and the prefabricated laminated floor cover plate jointly form a truss stress structure, and the box type core formworks are fixed to the upper surface of the prefabricated laminated floor cover plate in a matrix mode; and the concrete cast-in-place layer comprises concrete hidden beams formed by pouring in the intervals of the box type core formworks, and the top face of the concrete cast-in-place layer is higher than the top face of the prefabricated beam body and lower than the connecting positions of the web member connecting supports and the truss web members. And the construction of a net beam hollow floor system without a lower support can be realized.
本发明公开了一种桁架支承式预制叠合空心楼盖,包括:若干相互平行的预制梁体,其固定于数个结构柱上,若干并排的预制叠合楼盖板,其底面的两端放置于预制梁体上,预制叠合楼盖板上固定有至少两张桁架网片,桁架网片包括一根桁架上弦杆、数个腹杆连接支座和数个桁架腹杆,所有桁架网片和预制叠合楼盖板共同形成了一个桁架受力结构,预制叠合楼盖板上表面矩阵式固定有箱型芯模板;混凝土现浇层,其包括箱型芯模板间隔内浇筑形成的混凝土暗梁,混凝土现浇层顶面高于预制梁体顶面且低于腹杆连接支座与桁架腹杆的连接处,本发明通过将网梁空心楼盖施工方法、预制叠合板施工方法、桁架受力三者的优势相结合,可以实现对于网梁空心楼盖无下支撑的施工。
