The invention relates to a control system and a control method for a tail door of a vehicle and the vehicle with the control system. The control system comprises a mobile phone virtual key. A first UWB chip and a second UWB chip, the first UWB chip and the second UWB chip being arranged perpendicular to each other with respect to the vehicle tail door, and being wirelessly connected to the mobile phone virtual key; and the vehicle body controller is connected to the first UWB chip and the second UWB chip. When a user carries a mobile phone virtual key to enter a designated area located behind a tail door of a vehicle, the vehicle body controller switches the first UWB chip and the second UWB chip into a UWB radar mode for detecting vertical and/or transverse kicking of the user, and when the mobile phone virtual key leaves the designated area, the vehicle body controller switches the first UWB chip and the second UWB chip into a UWB radar mode for detecting vertical and/or transverse kicking of the user. And the vehicle body controller switches the first UWB chip and the second UWB chip into a UWB positioning mode. When vertical and/or transverse kicking is detected, the tail door of the vehicle is opened and/or closed.
