Composite hydration temperature rise inhibitor as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete admixtures, and particularly discloses a composite hydration temperature rise inhibitor and a preparation method thereof. The invention provides a composite slow-release material with a brand-new structure, and the composite slow-release material is used for coating delayed coagulation acid with a hydration temperature rise inhibition effect and hydrolysis products such as small-molecular sugar generated by hydrolysis of chitosan. When being applied to concrete, the cement retarder can swell slowly in the cement hydration process, slow-setting acid and small-molecule sugar wrapped in the cement retarder can be released slowly, and the number of nucleation in the early stage of cement hydration is inhibited by adsorbing cement particles or chelating calcium ions and the like in cement; and the composite slow-release material has an adsorption effect and can adsorb early nucleation particles. The number of early nucleation particles is effectively reduced, the cement hydration rate is slowed down, and the purpose of hydration regulation is achieved. In addition, the slow release of the delayed coagulation acid does not cause the problem of excessively prolonging the coagulation time. The composite hydration temperature rise inhibitor has good application in inhibition of temperature cracks of concrete.
本发明属于混凝土外加剂技术领域,尤其公开了一种复合型水化温升抑制剂及其制备方法。其提供一种全新结构的复合缓释材料,来包覆兼具水化温升抑制作用的缓凝酸、以及壳聚糖水解产生的小分子糖等水解产物。将其应用至混凝土中时,既可在水泥水化过程中缓慢溶胀,缓慢释放包覆于其中的缓凝酸和小分子糖,通过吸附水泥颗粒或者螯合水泥中的钙离子等来抑制水泥水化早期成核的数量;并且该复合缓释材料自身具有吸附效果,可以吸附早期的成核粒子。有效减少了早期成核粒子的数量,减慢水泥水化速率,起到水化调控的目的。并且,上述缓凝酸缓释也不会造成过分延长凝结时间的问题。该复合型水化温升抑制剂在抑制混凝土的温度裂缝中具有良好的应用。
