The invention discloses a composite hydration temperature rise inhibitor for concrete. The composite hydration temperature rise inhibitor is prepared by dissolving a modified substance gypsum, an organic retarder, an inorganic retarder and a heavy metal salt in water, standing and reacting for 1-3 hours, drying to remove moisture, and grinding to prepare powder, the method comprises the following steps: performing high-temperature drying on mixed turbid liquid substances which are subjected to standing reaction for different time to remove moisture so as to control the reaction degree of an organic retarder and calcium ions in the turbid liquid, and further adjusting the content numerical values of a complex and the organic retarder which are generated by the reaction, thereby obtaining the composite hydration temperature rise inhibitor with different performance requirements; according to the invention, the concrete hydration temperature rise inhibitor is pre-reacted by adding the modifying substance, so that the time required by the subsequent hydration temperature rise inhibitor to play a role in concrete is shortened, the problem that the concrete setting time is too long due to the traditional hydration temperature rise inhibitor is improved, and the preparation process is simple and can be effectively applied to practical engineering application.
本发明公开了用于混凝土的复合水化温升抑制剂,由改性物质石膏、有机类缓凝剂、无机类缓凝剂、重金属盐在水中溶解、静置反应1~3h、烘干去除水分、研磨制粉制备而来;将静置反应不同时间的混合悬浊液物质进行高温干燥去除水分来控制悬浊液内有机类缓凝剂与钙离子的反应程度,进而调节反应生成的络合物、有机类缓凝剂的含量数值,从而得到不同性能要求的复合水化温升抑制剂;本发明通过添加改性物质使混凝土水化温升抑制剂发生预反应,缩短后续水化温升抑制剂在混凝土中发挥作用所需的时间,改善传统水化温升抑制剂使混凝土凝结时间过长的问题,且其制备工艺简单,能够有效应用到实际工程应用当中。
