Mass concrete hydration temperature rise inhibitor and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a mass concrete hydration heating inhibitor and a preparation method thereof, which utilize heat released by cement hydration to catalyze addition reaction of epoxy and amine to form a polymeric molecular structure with adsorption complexing ability to delay the cement hydration process and inhibit the heating rate. The temperature rise inhibitor comprises a component A and a component B, the component A is composed of a polyepoxy compound and an organic solvent, and the component B is composed of aminocarboxylic acid, deionized water, a catalyst and a stabilizer. When in use, A and B are added into a concrete mixture according to a ratio of 1: 1, and monomers in the component A and the component B are catalyzed to react by utilizing concrete hydration heat release, so that a multi-carboxyl structure mixture with cement hydration delaying capability is formed. The mass concrete hydration heating inhibitor prepared by the method can utilize different temperature gradients to form carboxyl structure mixtures with different concentrations, so that all parts of mass concrete have similar hydration rates and hydration degrees, the internal and external temperature gradients of the mass concrete are reduced, and temperature difference cracks are prevented.
本发明公开了一种大体积混凝土水化升温抑制剂及其制备方法,利用水泥水化释放热量催化环氧与胺的加成反应,形成具有吸附络合能力的聚合分子结构延缓水泥水化进程抑制升温速率。该升温抑制剂包含A、B两个组分,A由多环氧化合物和有机溶剂组成,B由氨基羧酸、去离子水、催化剂和稳定剂组成。使用时A和B以1:1加入到混凝土拌合物中利用混凝土水化放热催化A、B组分中的单体反应,形成具有延缓水泥水化能力的多羧基结构混合物。本方法制备的大体积混凝土水化升温抑制剂能够利用不同的温度梯度,形成不同浓度的羧基结构混合物,从而使得大体积混凝土各个部位具有相近的水化速率和水化程度,降低大体积混凝土内外温度梯度预防温差裂缝的产生。
