The invention discloses a construction method for arranging a plate-penetrating sleeve lifting point on a floor slab, which comprises the following steps of: pre-burying a steel sleeve in a reinforced concrete slab, and arranging a water stop steel plate ring outside the steel sleeve; a hoisting snap ring is fixed at the end, far away from the lifting hook, of the steel wire rope; the section steel beam wound with the steel wire rope is placed on the reinforced concrete plate, the hoisting clamping ring penetrates through the steel sleeve and extends to the bottom of the reinforced concrete plate, and then setting of a temporary hoisting point is completed; a chain block is hung on the hoisting clamping ring, so that subsequent hoisting operation can be carried out; after hoisting operation is completed, the chain block is dismantled, and after the section steel beam wound with the steel wire rope is hoisted away, a welding pipe bottom sealing plate is installed at the bottom of the steel sleeve; and a self-compacting grouting material is poured into the steel sleeve to completely seal the steel sleeve. The construction method disclosed by the invention solves the problem of difficulty in setting of hoisting points under the plate, and is convenient to operate, high in construction efficiency, good in structural stability, free of damage to a building structure and good in application prospect.
本发明公开了一种在楼板上设置穿板套管吊点的施工方法,步骤:将钢套管预埋在钢筋混凝土板内,钢套管外设有止水钢板圈;将钢丝绳在型钢梁上绕曲多圈,钢丝绳远离吊钩端固定有吊装卡环;将绕曲有钢丝绳的型钢梁放置在钢筋混凝土板上,吊装卡环穿过钢套管,伸至钢筋混凝土板的底部,即完成临时吊点的设置;在吊装卡环上挂上倒链,即可进行后续吊装作业;吊装作业完成后拆除倒链,吊走绕曲有钢丝绳的型钢梁后,再在钢套管底部安装焊接管底封板;在钢套管内灌注自密实灌浆料,将其完全封闭。本发明的施工方法,解决板下吊装吊点设置困难的问题,操作方便、施工效率高、结构稳定性好且不会损伤建筑结构,应用前景好。
