The plate girder pouring formwork comprises a lower formwork body, an upper formwork body and fixing pieces. The lower die plate comprises a lower die body and a die plate guide wheel lower portion connected to the lower die body, an opening is formed in the upper side of the lower die body, and a positioning hole is formed in the length direction of the lower die body in a penetrating mode. The upper mold plate comprises an upper mold main body and a mold plate guide wheel upper part connected to the upper mold main body 210, so that a square mold cavity is formed in the lower mold main body; the lower die body and the upper die body are connected through the fixing piece, so that the upper portion of the die cavity is closed, and meanwhile the lower portion of the template guide wheel and the upper portion of the template guide wheel are in butt joint to form a complete template guide wheel. According to the precast slab beam construction method, a pouring formwork is matched with a centrifugal method to pour concrete to achieve forming of a hollow slab beam, and the problems that the size precision is poor and forming flaws exist when the hollow slab beam is formed are solved.
