The invention relates to the technical field of road design and construction, in particular to an improved roadbed construction method and an improved roadbed structure suitable for a permafrost region. The thatch and moss layer on the earth surface is uncovered, the permafrost layer is excavated, and after excavation is completed, rock block replacement and filling are conducted to form a rock block replacement and filling layer; the block stone replacing and filling layer is covered with a water and heat insulation layer; and a roadbed structure is built on the water and heat insulation layer. By controlling the degradation rate of permafrost and the content of liquid water in the active layer, the settlement amount of the roadbed is effectively reduced. The uneven settlement of the foundation caused by moisture migration and ice-water phase change is reduced by utilizing an interlocking link structure formed among rock block particles of the replacement filling layer, the existence of the rock block replacement filling layer is beneficial to dissipation of soil heat, the degradation rate of permafrost under the embankment is reduced by utilizing the heat insulation effect of the water and heat insulation layer, moisture in the deep position of the foundation is reduced from being migrated into the embankment, and the embankment quality is improved. Therefore, the settlement amount of the roadbed is controlled, and the roadbed is ensured to have a good working state during operation.
本发明涉及道路设计及施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种适用于多年冻土地区的改善路基施工方法及改善路基结构,包括对施工区域进行物探和钻探工作;揭开地表茅草苔藓层,对多年冻土层进行开挖,开挖完成后进行块石换填形成块石换填层;在块石换填层上覆盖隔水隔热层;在隔水隔热层上修建路基结构。通过控制多年冻土退化速率和活动层内液态水含量,有效减小路基沉降量。利用换填层块石颗粒间形成的嵌锁链接结构降低水分迁移和冰水相变带来的地基不均匀沉降,块石换填层的存在有利于土体热量的耗散,再利用隔水隔热层隔热效果降低路堤下多年冻土退化速率,减少地基深处的水分迁移至路堤中,从而控制路基沉降量,确保路基在运营期间具有良好的工作状态。
