Roadbed construction method for permafrost region and roadbed
The invention provides a roadbed construction method for a permafrost region and a roadbed. The roadbed construction method comprises the following steps: determining foam light soil with a required volume weight grade and a required compressive strength grade; determining the standard thickness of the thermal insulation layer in the roadbed; laying anti-seepage geotechnical cloth at the road repairing position, pouring foam light soil on the laid anti-seepage geotechnical cloth, pouring the foam light soil again after the foam light soil is preliminarily solidified, and circularly pouring the foam light soil in this way until the thickness of a heat insulation layer formed by the foam light soil reaches the standard thickness; wherein the thickness of the foam light soil layer poured each time is smaller than or equal to 30 cm; filling soil is built on the upper portion of the heat insulation layer, and a sunny side heat preservation protection channel and a dark side heat preservation protection channel are built on the two sides of the filling soil respectively. The method can control the melting speed of the frozen soil in the roadbed range, protect the upper limit of the frozen soil, and further reduce the thaw collapse, frost heaving and frost boiling of the roadbed and the degree of damage caused by pavement cracking.
本发明提供一种用于多年冻土地区的路基修筑方法及路基,方法包括如下步骤:确定所需容重等级和抗压强度等级的泡沫轻质土;确定路基中隔热层的标准厚度;在修路位置处铺设防渗土工布,在铺设好的防渗土工布上浇筑泡沫轻质土,并在泡沫轻质土初步凝固后再次浇筑泡沫轻质土,以此循环浇筑泡沫轻质土直至泡沫轻质土所形成的隔热层的厚度达到所述标准厚度;其中,每次浇筑的泡沫轻质土层厚度≤30cm;在隔热层上部修筑填土,在填土的两侧分别修筑阳面保温护道和阴面保温护道。本发明可控制路基范围内的冻土融化速度,保护冻土上限,进而减小路基融沉、冻胀翻浆和使路面开裂的病害程度。
