The pile side grouting pipes comprise at least two hole bottom grouting pipes arranged in the height direction of the pile bottom plate and at least one hole side annular grouting pipe arranged around the peripheral side of the pile bottom plate. Concentrated stress can be avoided, and the service life of a built structure is prolonged; the arrangement of engineering piles can be reduced under the condition of the same bearing capacity, or the pile length or the pile diameter can be reduced under the condition of the same pile number, materials are saved, and meanwhile the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开一种避免应力集中风电预应力基础桩及其制备方法,涉及风电项目基础领域,基础桩包括桩底板和位于桩底板底部的多根工程桩,工程桩以桩底板中心为圆心环形阵列布置,工程桩包括长度不同的至少两种型号,工程桩远离桩底板的一端深入地底并在端部形成扩大端,工程桩内设置有桩端注浆管和桩侧注浆管,桩端注浆管伸入扩大端形成桩端压浆带阀短节,桩侧注浆管包括沿桩底板高度方向布置的至少两根孔底注浆管和绕桩底板周侧布置的至少一个孔侧环形注浆管。本发明能够避免集中受力,延长其上建构筑物的寿命;同样承载力条件下可以减少工程桩的布置,或者同样桩数条件下可减少桩长或桩径,节约用料的同时有助于提高施工效率。
