The device comprises a base, a mounting frame is installed at the upper end of the base through a supporting rod, a bidirectional threaded rod is rotatably connected to the interior of the mounting frame, a first threaded block and a second threaded block are in threaded connection to the bidirectional threaded rod,and the first threaded block and the second threaded block are arranged symmetrically about the center of the bidirectional thread rod; the lower end of the bidirectional threaded rod penetrates through the lower end of the mounting frame to be in transmission connection with a second positive and negative motor; a cleaning box is arranged on the right side of the mounting frame, and a first fixing seat and a second fixing seat are fixed to the left side of the cleaning box; the right end of the second threaded block is hinged to a second swing rod; and the other end of the second swing rod is hinged to the second fixing seat. According to the soft geology prestress pile foundation measuring device, the position of a measuring rope can be adjusted so that the measuring rope can be locatedin the centers of pile foundations with different diameters, the pile foundations with different diameters can be measured conveniently, the outer side of the measuring rope can be cleaned after measurement is finished, and next-time use is facilitated.
