The invention discloses a hydraulic system with electric control and steering wheel steering. The hydraulic system comprises a priority valve, a steering valve, a steering gear, a reversing valve, a steering oil cylinder, an unloading valve, a pump and a hydraulic oil tank. Steering wheel steering and electric control steering are configured at the same time, and respective control advantages are exerted. Only steering control flow of the steering wheel is output through internal control of the steering valve, namely steering of the steering wheel is preferential, and control contradictions are avoided. When electric control steering fails, electric control steering output is cut off, steering of the steering wheel is not affected at the moment, steering can be continuously controlled, and steering function safety is improved.
本发明公开了一种具有电控及方向盘转向的液压系统，包括优先阀、转向阀、转向器、换向阀、转向油缸、卸荷阀、泵和液压油箱。本发明同时配置方向盘转向及电控转向两种操纵，发挥各自操控优势。通过转向阀内部控制，只输出方向盘转向控制流量，即方向盘转向优先，避免操纵矛盾。当电控转向出现故障时，切断电控转向输出，此时方向盘转向不受影响，可以继续控制转向，提高转向功能安全。
