Calcium-silicon clay-based recycled aggregate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a calcium-silicon clay-based recycled aggregate and a manufacturing method thereof, the calcium-silicon clay-based recycled aggregate comprises the following raw materials: a clay material, a calcium-silicon cementing material, an admixture and water, the clay base material is engineering spoil, and the admixture is a calcium-silicon cementing material. The engineering spoil is powder particles of which the particle size is smaller than 2.36 mm, and the particle size is formed by naturally airing and crushing residual mud obtained after separation of engineering muck and mud sand; the admixture is quick-hardening sulphoaluminate cement; and adding the weighed and stirred slurry into extrusion molding equipment, extruding into aggregate of which at least partial structure is arched, and carrying out indoor curing or soaking curing on the extruded calcium-silicon series clay-based recycled aggregate. The raw materials of the calcium-silicon clay-based recycled aggregate are cheap and easy to obtain, so that the technical problem of high-efficiency and high-added-value resource utilization of engineering spoil solid wastes is effectively solved.
本发明公开的一种钙硅系黏土基再生骨料及其制造方法,所述钙硅系黏土基再生骨料原材料包括:黏土材料、钙硅系胶凝材料、掺合料和水,所述黏土基料为工程弃土,所述工程弃土为工程渣土泥砂分离后的余泥经自然晾晒后粉碎成粒径小于2.36mm的粉末颗粒,所述掺合料为快硬硫铝酸盐水泥;将称量搅拌后的浆体加到挤料成型设备中,挤压成至少部分结构呈拱形的骨料,挤压的钙硅系黏土基再生骨料进行室内养护或浸水养护。由于本发明所用钙硅系黏土基再生骨料原材料价廉易得,有效解决了工程弃土固体废弃物高效高附加值资源化利用技术难题。
