According to the modular steel structure clamping lock type connecting joint and the construction method, the joint comprises an upper connecting device, a lower connecting device and a connecting assembly, the upper connecting device comprises a device body and an inserting rod, the inserting rod comprises a fixing rod extending downwards from an empty groove and a ball head arranged at the bottom end of the fixing rod, and three first steps are arranged at the upper end, close to the fixing rod, of the ball head; the connecting assembly comprises a spring, a gasket, a clamping piece and a nut, the outer wall of the annular rotating body is provided with a first inclination angle inclining outwards, the interior of the nut is a hollow cavity with the diameter sequentially increased from the lower portion to the upper portion, the lower end of the hollow cavity is provided with a second inclination angle, and the nut is connected with the threads so as to adjustably press the clamping piece and the gasket and the spring on the lower portion of the clamping piece. The joint is easy to operate, connection can be achieved only by inserting the inserting rod of the upper connecting device into the cavity of the lower connecting device, when the joint is used for connecting the side columns and the middle columns of the modular steel structure building, only the connecting plates need to be placed between the adjacent modules, the workload of a construction site is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
一种模块化钢结构卡锁式连接节点及施工方法,节点包括上连接装置、下连接装置和连接组件,上连接装置包括装置本体和插杆,插杆包括自空槽向下延伸的固定杆和设于固定杆底端的球头,球头靠近固定杆的上端设有三道第一台阶,连接组件包括弹簧、垫片、卡片和螺母,环形旋转体的外壁设有朝外倾斜的第一倾斜角度,螺母内部为下部到上部直径依次增大的空心腔体,空心腔体下端设有第二倾斜角度,螺母与螺纹连接以可调节地压紧卡片与其下部的垫片和弹簧。节点操作简单,只需将上连接装置插杆插入下连接装置的空腔内即可实现连接,用于模块化钢结构建筑的边柱和中柱连接时,只需在相邻模块间放置连接板即可,减少施工现场工作量,提高施工效率。
