The invention relates to a construction method of a large-cantilever inclined stiff concrete cylinder, which comprises the following steps of: arranging a vertical formwork positioning frame on the side of a formwork supporting column facing a vertical upright column, and arranging a rubber sealing body on the inner side of a formwork connecting hole; column cavity reinforcing bodies are arranged on the upper portions of the connecting column head and the inclined supporting column respectively. Inclined supporting column hoisting construction is conducted through the combination of the first sling and the second sling; a guide position adjusting bolt and a column bottom guide groove are arranged on the side, facing the connecting column head, of the first angle brace body, and the position of the inclined supporting column can be adjusted through the first position adjusting bolt. A column top boot cap is arranged at the top end of the vertical column, and the position of the inclined supporting column can be controlled through a column cavity positioning pipe and a gap position control body.
