The invention provides a water outlet device with a self-cleaning descaling function, which comprises a first water outlet structure, a shell, a water outlet panel, a water outlet main body, a water outlet plate, a needle plate, a valve component and a driving device, the shell is arranged outside the water outlet main body, a water outlet groove is formed in the front side of the water outlet main body, a water inlet hole is formed in the rear side of the water outlet main body, and the shell is provided with an open groove corresponding to the water outlet groove; the water outlet panel covers the open groove in a sealing mode, a plurality of first open holes are formed in the water outlet panel, the water outlet plate is made of soft materials and arranged on the rear side of the water outlet panel, the water outlet plate is provided with a plurality of hollow water outlet nozzles corresponding to the first open holes, the outer sides of the water outlet nozzles are matched with the inner sides of the corresponding first open holes in a sealing mode, inner cavities of the water outlet nozzles are conical, and the needle plate is arranged on the rear side of the water outlet plate. The needle plate is provided with a plurality of conical thimbles corresponding to the plurality of water outlets; the driving device is arranged in the water outlet body and at least comprises an elastic piece, and the elastic piece acts on the needle plate so that the ejector pin can adjust the area of the cross section of the inner cavity of the water outlet nozzle. The water outlet device has the self-cleaning and descaling functions.
