The invention discloses a truss joint structure and a machining method thereof.The truss joint structure comprises a cross-shaped steel column and a bracket assembly, the cross-shaped steel column comprises an H-shaped steel column and two T-shaped steel columns, the two T-shaped steel columns are welded to the two opposite sides of a web of the H-shaped steel column respectively, a plurality of reinforcing plates are arranged in the cross-shaped steel column, and the H-shaped steel column and the two T-shaped steel columns are welded to the two opposite sides of the web of the H-shaped steel column respectively. The multiple reinforcing plates are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the cross-shaped steel column. The bracket assembly and the cross-shaped steel column are connected together in a welded mode. The cross-shaped steel column is used for replacing a box-shaped steel column, so that the truss node structure can bear larger shearing force, and further the overall shearing resistance and the use safety of the truss node structure can be improved.
