Jacking type reverse construction method
The invention relates to a jacking type top-down construction method. The jacking type top-down construction method comprises the following steps that vertical prefabricated parts used for assembling a building structure are prefabricated in a factory; a jacking system is arranged on a construction site, the jacking system comprises a plurality of jacks, and each jack comprises a telescopic jacking rod; a horizontal floor slab mold is arranged on the construction site; a horizontal floor forming a top-layer top plate is formed on the horizontal floor mold in a pouring mode; the floor construction step comprises the steps of jacking a horizontal floor formed through previous pouring, assembling vertical prefabricated parts, falling back jacking rods and pouring the horizontal floor, in the vertical prefabricated part assembling step, the jacking rods corresponding to the positions of the currently-assembled vertical prefabricated parts are controlled to retract, and after the currently-assembled vertical prefabricated parts are installed in place, the jacking rods corresponding to the positions of the currently-assembled vertical prefabricated parts are controlled to retract; and the corresponding jacking rods are controlled to stretch out and conduct supporting, and the process is repeated till all the vertical prefabricated parts of the floor are assembled. The construction method can reduce high-altitude operation, reduce the cost and shorten the construction period.
本发明涉及一种顶升式逆作施工方法,包括以下步骤:在工厂预制出用于装配楼体结构的竖向预制构件;在施工现场设立顶升系统,顶升系统包括多个千斤顶,每个千斤顶包括一个可伸缩的顶升杆;在施工现场设立水平楼板模具;在水平楼板模具之上浇筑形成构成顶层顶板的水平楼板;楼层施工步骤,包括:前一次浇筑成型的水平楼板顶升、竖向预制构件组装、顶升杆回落、水平楼板浇筑,在竖向预制构件组装步骤中,先控制与当前组装的竖向预制构件的位置对应的顶升杆缩回,将当前组装的竖向预制构件安装到位后,控制对应的顶升杆伸出并进行支撑,重复上述过程至完成本楼层所有竖向预制构件的组装。该施工方法可减少高空作业,降低成本,缩短工期。
