Jacking pipe reverse recovery construction method
The invention provides a jacking pipe reverse recovery construction method, and relates to the field of jacking pipe recovery of a jacking pipe heading machine. The jacking pipe reverse recovery construction method comprises the following steps that a stress shoulder pole is transversely arranged in a working well and connected with I-shaped steel through welding to form a reaction frame; a jack is arranged on the reaction frame, and a jacking pipe is reversely pulled backwards and recovered through the jack; in the initial stage of jacking pipe reverse recovery, a deviation rectifying oil cylinder of the jacking pipe heading machine is synchronously started to assist reverse recovery; in the jacking pipe reverse recovery process, grouting reinforcement is conducted through an inner ring water channel of the jacking pipe heading machine and a vertical shaft type core geological exploration drilling machine, and sedimentation of a soil layer above a rail is controllable; in the jacking pipe reverse recovery process, thixotropic slurry is synchronously injected outwards to the outer walls of pipe joints through the jacking pipe heading machine, and the frictional resistance of a soil body in the recovery process is reduced; and all the pipe joints of the jacking pipe are hoisted out one by one till a machine head retreats, and a hole is blocked. The jacking pipe reverse recovery construction method overcomes the various defects that a traditional jacking pipe transformation construction method is poor in effect, high in risk, long in construction period and the like.
