Intelligent photo-thermal thin film with sunlight reflection and adjustable thermal emission characteristics and application of intelligent photo-thermal thin film
The invention provides a novel intelligent photo-thermal film with sunlight reflection and adjustable thermal emission characteristics and application thereof. The film layer structure comprises a sunlight reflection layer, a thermal emission modulation layer, a gel electrolyte and a counter electrode. Wherein the sunlight reflecting layer is mainly an infrared transparent polymer or a composite film layer of the infrared transparent polymer and inorganic filler, the thermal emission modulation layer is carbon materials such as carbon nanotubes, graphene and conductive carbon black which are coated on a porous polymer film, the gel electrolyte is polymer gel based on ionic liquid, and the counter electrode and the thermal emission modulation layer have the same structure. The film is mainly prepared by adopting cheap and large-area preparation processes such as spraying and blade coating, can realize controllable modulation of emissivity according to different requirements of environments on the basis of high sunlight reflection, and can be applied to the fields of building surface energy conservation, radiation cooling, infrared camouflage and the like. The thin film is high in response speed and simple in preparation mode, and low-cost and large-area thin film preparation can be achieved.
本发明提出了一种兼具太阳光反射和可调热发射特性的新型智能光热薄膜及其应用,其膜层结构包括太阳光反射层、热发射调制层、凝胶电解质和对电极四个部分。其中太阳光反射层主要为红外透明聚合物或其与无机填料的复合膜层,热发射调制层为涂覆于多孔聚合物膜上的碳纳米管、石墨烯、导电炭黑等碳材料,凝胶电解质为基于离子液体的聚合物凝胶,对电极与热发射调制层的结构相同。该薄膜主要采用喷涂、刮涂等廉价、大面积制备工艺完成,且可在太阳光高反射的基础上,依据环境的不同需求实现发射率可控调制,可以应用于建筑表面节能、辐射冷却、红外伪装等领域。该薄膜响应速度快,制备方式简单,可以实现低成本、大面积薄膜的制备。
